We accept returns on all unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@zenohub.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We partner with a network of manufacturers who share our commitment to quality, but in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@zenohub.store. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, and to ensure the well-being of all our customers, certain items, such as opened sleep masks or earplugs, may not be eligible for returns if the packaging has been compromised. Please check the product description for specific details.
